At MobilePiece France, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the return and refund conditions applicable to our products.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
How to request a return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service department by email with:
- your order number
- the product in question
- the reason for the return
- Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the product.
After verification, we will propose:
- a replacement
- Or
- a refund
depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed.
Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may apply additional delays.

- products used or damaged after receipt
